It’s my job to not only to help make your party or event FANTASTIC, but also to make your life EASIER!  I take care of everything on my end - from organizing & equipment to setup & cleanup - so you don’t have to worry.
Face Painting Fantastiqué offers different service options for Parties and Events depending upon the type of gathering you are having:

PARTIES usually for smaller gatherings
with a fixed number of faces to be painted. These include most Birthday and Private Parties.

EVENTS are usually larger gatherings with an unknown number of faces to be painted. These often include Business Events, Grand Openings, Company Picnics, Open Houses and Wedding Receptions.

For example, an organization might want to pay Face Painting Fantastiqué directly for a predetermined amount of time at the Event Discount rate and, in turn, the event attendees would receive face paintings free of charge. Or an organization might want to host Face Painting Fantastiqué while the event attendees pay for individual face painting services themselves. In this case, at the end of the event the charitable organization might receive a percentage of the earnings. Please contact me to further discuss your particular charitable organization’s needs and I will do my best to work with you.

For Events and Fundraisers, I’m happy to discuss your specific needs and work up a Proposal or Estimate from there.

PARTY RATE

  • • 1 1/2 hours minimum booking time for $100
  • • $30 per half-hour thereafter

EVENT RATE

  • • 2 hours minimum booking time for $160
    • $35 per half-hour thereafter

As a general guideline, I can usually paint about 8 to 10 faces in a 1.5 hour booking, and approximately 4 to 5 faces for every additional 30 minutes thereafter.  Please note that the minimum party booking time includes 15 minutes for setup and cleanup; 30 minutes for events.

TRAVEL: The first 20 minutes of my driving time is FREE. After that point, there is a Travel Fee of $5 per each additional 5 minutes of driving time.

TENT: I do have a nice 10’ x 10’ canopy tent available for use.  The tent is usually used for outdoor parties and events, but can also be utilized indoors in certain instances.  The tent adds a great carnival-like feel to the face painting experience, but is also sometimes necessary to protect from wind, light mist and sun/heat.  There is an additional $30 fee for me to bring and setup the tent.

RESERVATIONS:In order to secure your desired date, it is recommended that you make reservations about 3 to 5 weeks in advance or as soon as possible.  Be aware that weekends usually book up quickest.  Once a verbal reservation has been made by phone, then a follow-up written Service Agreement Form and a 20% deposit are due within 7 days to secure your reservation. r reservation.

CANCELLATION POLICY: The 20% deposit is non-refundable if you decide to cancel the face painting services with less than 5 days notice. In case of postponement, however, I will work with you to accommodate an alternate date for your party or event depending upon availability.
